- 4-6 Korean thin sliced beef short ribs per person

- 1-2 plastic gallon freezer bags

- Put the ribs in a gallon freezer bag one at a time brushing both sides with marinade. Put remaining sauce in bag, zip it shut, shake it up and refrigerate.
- Marinate overnight.
- Take ribs out 30 minutes before cook time, shake bag and look at the ribs to see if they are well coated. Leave in the bag.
- Heat grill to medium, go back inside and place ribs on a cookie sheet.
- Place the ribs on the grill 4-5 minutes each side*
*Each grill is different so watch for flareups, they cook fast and there is a lot of smoke so watch your eyes.
